Arrival time is from 15:00.
The guardian may not be present at the time you arrive.
The fob to open the electric gates is in the white key safe which is located on the gate pillar. The code will be included in your welcome email. A double click of the fob will keep the gates open.
Press the white button on the fob and the gates will open.
You will find the entry keys to the house in the black key safe located in the BBQ/Outside kitchen area. The code will be in your welcome email.
The two pink keys unlock the central two doors (external and internal) of the main house.
The security alarm and the CCTV cameras are not active for the duration of your stay . The CCTV cameras will become active at 10:00 on departure day.

Guest Keys
There are two sets of guest keys, each with the same four keys:
Pink - external and internal keys for the central doors of the main house.
Blue - Pool studio room
Green - Garden studio room
The spare set of keys is in the alcove beside the main door.

The Kitchen (white) and Trullo (orange) keys are left in their locks. The external doors automatically lock when closed.
The two storage buildings are locked. The guardian has the keys.
Pool
The salt water swimming pool is regularly managed and cleaned
Take note of the pool rules which are designed to keep your family and friends safe.

Water
The water level of the cistern is monitored and regularly replenished by tanker delivery.
Garden
The gardens are maintained by Zizzi Garden Centre and Design. They may arrive at any time and aim to work quietly but let them know if they are disturbing your stay.
Outside living
Pool
Relax on the pool terrace or move your lounger out to the fragrant flower lawn and unwind in complete comfort.

Outside entertaining
Breakfast in the sun, lunch in the shade on the verandah, and
supper under the pergola.
